Charlotte Inglis is the Head of the Maritime and Arctic Initiative at the European Climate Foundation. In this role, she leads the team’s international strategy and grants portfolio towards more sustainable shipping. She further manages the ECF’s support to the Clean Arctic Alliance on their HFO-Free Arctic campaign.
While at the ECF Charlotte was also part of the EU and Global Climate Policy teams, which included a focus on international aviation.
Before joining ECF, Charlotte worked as an environmental solicitor, both at a global law firm as well as at a London-based organisation that advised and represented environmental NGOs and interest groups. Charlotte has also worked for a humanitarian aid organisation and at the BBC. She has worked in a number of countries including Argentina, Belgium, Singapore and France. Charlotte has a Masters degree in Human Sciences from Oxford University.
