Cristina Aroldi

Cristina is a Strategic Communications Associate at the European Climate Foundation, where she joined in October 2017. She leads the media and communications work of the ECF in Italy and she also supports the communications and media work of the ECF’s programmes and initiatives in Europe.

Before joining ECF, she worked in the communications department of the World Farmers Organisation, where she attended COP22 to support WFO’s communications activities around the conference. She has also some experience in social media and public relations acquired during her time at the Unknown Creation advertising agency, the International Academy of Rome and the NGO Bridging Education and Mobility in China.

Cristina graduated in European and International Law at Luiss Guido Carli University in Italy and holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Media Communications from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK. She is a Italian native speaker, fluent in English and French. Cristina is passionate about climate change, food security and communications. She loves reading, drawing and discovering new cultures and new recipes.
