Léo Cogos

Léo is a Senior Associate in the French Programme, based in the Paris office.

Prior to joining the ECF in early 2022, Léo worked as corporate affairs director at TBWA\Corporate. He advised different institutions and private organisations on their public relations strategies, with a special focus on the ecological transition.

Formerly involved in political campaigns, he participated in the recent municipal and presidential elections in France, working on the territorial movement, public opinion and network of officials.

Léo studied law and political science at Creteil University and ICP Paris and hold a Master’s degree in political communication from La Sorbonne.
