Valentine de Rivoire

Valentine de Rivoire is a Partnerships Officer in the Strategic Partnerships Team at the ECF. She has over eight years of experience in partnerships and advisory roles across humanitarian and development settings.

Prior to joining ECF, she worked in several field offices of the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) in Latin America and the Caribbean, leading partnerships and resource mobilisation efforts. She also worked at the OECD, including in the Office of the Secretary-General and in the Council and Executive Committee Secretariat.

Valentine holds an MA in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
