Victoria works within the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning department at the ECF. As an Officer, she provides support to the other team members on the set up of the programmes’ strategy, indicators, and grant reviews. She also supports work coordination with the ECF’s other teams as well as communication through tools such as Sharepoint and PowerBI, among others.
Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Germanic linguistics & literature and a Master’s degree in international cooperation and development. Prior to joining the ECF, she worked for three years with Doctors of the World Belgium as a data analyst and then MEAL officer for the NGO’s Belgian programs. As a project cycle and data analysis passionate, she strongly believes that the monitoring and evaluation of projects, based on a strong analytical component, represents the most effective tool to develop and guide impactful projects as well as guarantee durable changes.
Victoria is fluent in English, Dutch and French. She is passionate about sewing and upcycling garments for herself and her family. She also enjoys playing board games, hiking, and travelling.
