Valeria Draganova

Valeria is the Accounting and Finance Grants Director at the ECF, based in The Hague. She has a wide range of experience in the spheres of operations, finance, and administration in both business and non-profit organizations. Before joining the ECF in 2013, she worked for four years at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.

Valeria holds an MBA in Finance Management, a European Project Management postgraduate certificate, and a certificate in International Public Sector Financial Reporting from The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy in London. A Bulgarian national, Valeria is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Dutch and French.
