Elise Rousse

Elise is the Office Manager of the Brussels office, where her role is to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and to create a safe, friendly work environment.

Between 2016 and 2018, Elise was a member of the ECF HR team as well as the Office Manager in Brussels. She then immersed herself in the study and practice of yoga in Southern Africa to become a certified Yoga Teacher and also studied with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Holistic Health Coach and a Workplace Wellness Coach.

Elise holds a master’s degree in translation (English, Spanish and French) from the Higher Institute of Translation and Interpretation of Brussels (ISTI) and a certificate in teaching English to speakers of other languages (CELTA) from Cambridge University.

Having grown up in the Belgian countryside, Elise has always been a fierce advocate for the environment and enjoys connecting with nature.
