Jennifer Fitzsimons

Jennifer joined the ECF in May 2020 as a Senior Officer for the International Climate Politics Hub team. In this role, she supports the grant management cycle, oversees the ICPH budget, manages funder proposals and reporting, and manages ICPH’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning cycle.

Prior to joining the ECF, she worked for the European Foundation Centre connecting philanthropic organisations with one another to learn and increase knowledge in the areas of research, sustainable cities, gender and democracy. She has also worked with an NGO in Uganda concentrating on food security and spent over three years in Asia teaching both in a professional and voluntary capacity.

Jennifer holds an MSc in International Public Management and Policy from Rotterdam University (the Netherlands), and a BSc in International Development and Food Policy from University College Cork (Ireland).
