About me

Based in Brussels, Eleonora is a Strategic Communications Associate at the European Climate Foundation, where she joined in May 2020. She supports the communications and media work of the ECF’s Buildings, Finance, Industry, and Transport programmes in Europe.

Before joining ECF, she led the communications department at Carnegie Europe, an EU foreign policy think tank in Brussels, where she was responsible for media outreach, publications production, and digital communications. She has also some experience in external relations acquired during her time at the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization, an international organization under the UN umbrella.

Eleonora holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European studies from the University of Macerata in Italy.  She is a Italian native speaker, fluent in English and French. Eleonora loves vintage objects, embroidery, and cooking.
