Paula Pérez Briones

Paula joined the ECF in January 2021 as a Grants Officer to support the Climate Governance, EU Institutional Relations and the Diplomacy programmes.

She studied International Relations and holds a Master’s in Sustainable Development from the Technical University of Madrid. Paula has experience both in NGOs and in the public sector. Before joining the ECF, she worked as an EU Policy Officer for the Government of La Rioja, her region of origin in Spain. She is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian.

In her free time, Paula enjoys walking in nature, playing, dancing and listening to music, and cooking, whenever possible, with friends and family.
