Gal Vinikov

Gal joined the ECF Paris office in 2021 as a Board Liaison Officer. In this role, she coordinates all board-related activities and logistics and works closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure board operations run smoothly.

Prior to joining the ECF, Gal worked as a project manager and programme assistant in the private sector, NGOs, and the UN. In the past five years, she has been based in the Philippines, Burundi, and Nepal, where she managed community-development programs. Her last experience was with UNHCR in her home country Israel, where she coordinated research and stakeholder engagement for a policy proposal on economic inclusion for refugees.

Gal holds a Master’s degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris. She is fluent in English and Hebrew and has a good level of French. She is a houseplants enthusiast who loves baking and spending as much time as possible out in nature.
