He has over 20 years’ first-hand experience in the construction industry, as well as several years’ involvement in shaping climate and economic policies in Poland and at the EU level with a particular emphasis on the built environment. He has worked as senior advisor to the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, senior advisor in the Polish National Center for Climate Change (a governmental think tank established by the Minister of Climate and Environment), as well as an expert and board member of several large construction industry associations and companies.

He is also a former player of traditional music from northern Ghana. In addition to Polish, he speaks English, Russian, and Ukrainian, as well as some Spanish and German.
