Santiago Briceño Flórez

Santiago has over 10 years of experience working with the public and private sectors on environmental policy and regulation, including diplomacy, green finance and ways to increase climate ambition in the energy sector. Santiago graduated in Law and History from Universidad de los Andes and has a Master’s (MSc.) in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He also studied International and European Law at Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg.
