Bridgette Burkholder

Bridgette is the director of the Global Initiatives team, designing and implementing strategies on cross-cutting international issues, including subnational engagement and climate governance.

Bridgette has been working on international climate issues for more than a decade in policy and politics, strategic communications, and project management . Before joining the ECF, she worked with the 2050 Pathways Platform supporting countries in developing long-term decarbonisation pathways and with Climate Nexus in New York, leading international strategic communications work.

Bridgette is a graduate of New York University and the University of Washington and is based in Paris.
