Charlotte Daviau-Leclair

Charlotte Daviau-Leclair is Stakeholder Engagement Director at the European Climate Foundation, where she works at the intersection of strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and organisational alignment. She supports the foundation’s leadership in shaping high-level engagement and ensuring coherence across ECF’s external positioning and internal priorities.

In this role, Charlotte leads a multi-disciplinary team covering corporate communications, CEO engagement, Board relations and major convenings, and supports relationships with senior political, philanthropic and ecosystem partners.

Charlotte previously served as Chief of Staff to ECF CEO Laurence Tubiana, supporting strategic priorities and international engagement. She began her career in strategic communications at the Global Strategic Communications Council and at Havas Paris. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Communication from Sciences Po Lille.
