Cédric David

Cédric David is the project portfolio manager of the Transformation Office at ECF. He ensures the successful deployment of transformation projects to enhance organisational efficiency.

Prior to the ECF, Cédric was leading the Project Management Office at the Belgian Red Cross, where he oversaw the transformation programs portfolio and supported project managers in their skills development.

His educational background spans philosophy and letters, international business, organisational development and change management.

Cedric’s professional expertise covers strategy, communications, organisational development, change and project management. He wants to dedicate his skills and energy to the cause he considers the most critical on the planet: the climate crisis.

On a personal level, Cédric has a passion for Italy and Greece, an obsession with international rugby (supporting Wales), and a deep curiosity for spirituality from multiple ancient traditions.
