About me

Margot is an Associate in the International Climate Politics Hub, focusing on operational and strategic support in implementing the strategy through delivery of the team’s regranting portfolio. In this role, she works on a variety of topics, including loss and damage and adaptation, accountability and non-state actors’ action, and the EU’s international role.

Before joining the ECF, Margot held positions in the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development and the IKEA Group, where she worked on public policy and strategic partnerships. Margot holds a Master’s degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris and graduated with a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of Warsaw.

Beyond her work, she enjoys spending her free time preparing for trail runs and marathons as well as practising yoga.
