About me
Margot works at the International Climate Politics Hub as an Associate, focusing on operational and strategic support in implementing the strategy through the delivery of the regranting portfolio of the team. In this role, she is working on a variety of topics, including Loss and Damage and Adaptation, Accountability and non-state actors’ action and the EU’s international role.
Before joining the European Climate Foundation, Margot held positions within the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development and the IKEA Group, where she worked on public policy and strategic partnerships. Margot holds a Master’s degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris and graduated with a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of Warsaw.
Beyond her work, she enjoys her free time preparing for trail runs and marathons as well as practising yoga.
