About me

Corinna is a Senior Associate in the Industry & Innovation team and is based in the Berlin office. Her role is to support the ECF’s work on industrial decarbonization solutions at the national and EU levels. She  closely follows the development of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies and their application to mitigation and removal strategies.

Previously, Corinna was a trainee at the European Commission working on evaluations and impact assessments and supporting the Fit4Future Platform. She also worked for UNIDO focusing on energy efficiency and sustainable cold chains. Prior to that, she gained experience in international relations and environmental policy with positions at the Ifo Center for Energy, Climate, and Resources, the German Federal Foreign Office and at a sustainability consultancy.

Corinna holds an MSc in Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy from WU Vienna and a BA in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth and KU Leuven.

Corinna is a photography enthusiast and loves spending time in nature.
