About me

Saskia Geurtzen joined the 2050 Pathways Platform in 2022. As a Senior Associate, she focuses on long-term strategy (LTS) support for countries in collaboration with the NDC Partnership,  whilst leading the establishment of an LTS training programme.

Saskia was previously at Oxfam Novib, where she led the work on program innovation and strategy development in the international development scene. Shortly before joining the ECF, she finished her secondment as climate justice lead for Oxfam in Bangladesh. Saskia also worked for a startup accelerator program in Amsterdam.

Saskia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Organisational Sciences and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specialised in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
