About me

Claire is Director of Citizens’ Engagement at the ECF, where she coordinates work across countries to reach and organise key audiences. She joined the ECF in 2019 as part of the French team, contributing to political and public opinion work in the country.

She has more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of public policy advocacy, campaign strategy, and organising, gained across non-profit organisations, private consulting, and public institutions.

Before joining the ECF, she led the Public Affairs practice at TBWA\Corporate in France, where she developed and implemented public relations strategies for business associations, corporations, and NGOs in diverse sectors.

Claire holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Paris Panthéon-Assas University. During her student years, she chaired a national students union, represented youth at the French Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE), and contributed research on civil society representation and relationship with governments.
