Insa Holste

Insa joined the Buildings Programme as a Junior Associate in June 2023. She works on providing research, administrative and logistical support to the team. Prior to the ECF, she worked at a social science research institute and the German central contact agency for development policy.

Insa is German, holds an MSc degree in Industrial Ecology from TU Delft and Leiden University, and is now based in The Hague.

Outside of work, Insa enjoys cooking with friends as well as fighting food waste. She speaks English, German, a decent level of Spanish and a bit of Dutch – and considering adding a bit of French to that in the future.
