About me
Insa joined the ECF as a Junior Associate for the Buildings Programme in June 2023. She is German, holds an MSc degree in Industrial Ecology from TU Delft and Leiden University, and is now based in The Hague.
Prior to the ECF, she worked at a social science research institute, as well as the German central contact agency for development policy. Now, at the ECF, she works on decarbonizing heating and provides research, administrative and logistical support to the team.
Outside of work, Insa is engaged in the fight against food waste, well in line with her enjoying cooking with friends. She speaks English, German, a decent level of Spanish and a bit of Dutch – and considering adding a bit of French to that in the future.
