Marta Korablin

Marta is a legal and compliance officer at the ECF, which she joined in 2023.

Marta’s personal and professional experience has allowed her to engage with diverse cultures, legal systems, and perspectives, reinforcing her belief in the universality of the climate crisis.

Prior to joining the ECF, Marta worked at EIT Climate-KIC as a Legal and Procurement Business Partner where she gained some relevant not-for-profit experience. Having worked for such organisations allows Marta to align her professional goals with her values and to use her legal skills and experience in a dynamic environment dedicated to making a difference on a global scale.

Originally Polish, she holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Gdansk and has always enjoyed living and working in an international and multicultural environment. She currently lives in Brussels but before moving there she spent almost four years in China, in Shanghai, where she obtained her second Master’s degree in Corporate Law.

In her free time, Marta loves making new travel plans, thrift shopping, and taking up different hobbies.
