Peter Lalvani

Peter works as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Senior Officer at the ECF. As part of the MEL team, he supports the ECF programmes in the implementation of the monitoring, evaluation and learning processes. In particular, he is working on data visualisation, systems alignment and PARL management.

He has worked for a number of years for European innovation programmes, focusing on ex-ante and ex-post impact assessment and strategic programme design.

Peter holds an MSc in Finance (Economic Policy) and a BA in European Studies and has a strong interest in economics, in particular the environmental and energy branches. He enjoys camping holidays, cycling and board games.
