About me

Aurore is a Senior Associate in the International team, which she joined in 2021.  She coordinates work to advance more inclusive climate transitions, with a focus on strengthening the role of cities, regions, and other subnational actors in shaping and delivering climate commitments.

Prior to joining ECF, Aurore worked at Carbon Tracker, a climate and energy-focused financial think tank, where she contributed to research highlighting the growing competitiveness of renewable energy relative to fossil fuels, as well as the financial risks associated with a disorderly transition.

Aurore holds a BSc in International Management and Chinese from SOAS University of London and pursued further studies at Beijing Normal University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Over the course of her studies, her interests became increasingly centered on environmental and social issues, and she wrote her bachelor’s thesis on the development of China’s Emissions Trading Scheme.

She speaks French, English, Chinese, and is currently learning Portuguese.
