About me
Aurore is an associate in the ECF International Programme, supporting organizations internationally to raise community awareness and enable advocacy around higher ambition on climate and net zero in particular.
Prior to joining the ECF, Aurore worked at Carbon Tracker, a financial think-tank in climate and energy, where she looked at the financial risks associated with a disorderly transition. Her particular focus was on power markets and the coal sector.
Aurore holds a BSc degree in International Management and Chinese language from SOAS University and continued further studies at Beijing Normal University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Over the course of her studies, her work became increasingly focused on environmental and social-related issues, and she wrote her bachelor thesis on the use of market-based instruments to address China’s environmental problems.
