Léa Dessaigne

Léa is the Manager Funder Relationships at the European Climate Foundation, where she stewards and develops partnerships with key philanthropic funders. With over 10 years of experience in fundraising and partnerships, she specialises in building strategic relationships that help organisations scale their social impact.

Before joining ECF, Léa led Philanthropy Development at Institut Pasteur de Lille, managing major donors, corporate partnerships and multi-channel fundraising for medical research and public health. Previously, she worked at Fondation de France, UNICEF and the French Red Cross with foundations, companies and international partners to fund major social impact projects.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, with a specialisation in Corporate Social Responsibility, and a Master’s degree in Project Evaluation and Management from Sorbonne University.

She lives in northern France with her family and enjoys travelling for both work and leisure.
