About me

Doree is an advisor to the CEO and ECF management team on topics related to climate accountability and integrity, and has a particular focus on corporate accountability.

She was formerly the Director of the ECF’s work on international climate accountability and is focused on building the integrity and delivery of international climate commitments, and connecting ECF’s work on ‘true net zero’. She was previously the ECF’s COP26 Project Manager working with the International Climate Politics (ICP) Hub team.

Prior to joining the ECF at the end of 2019, Doree had a number of roles in the public and private sectors, including Principal at Xynteo and civil servant in the UK’s Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy (formerly the Department for Energy and Climate Change) working on climate change (including with Ministers in the run-up to COP21), energy poverty, and energy innovation.

Doree is based in the UK and holds an MSc in Environmental Modelling, Monitoring and Management from King’s College London; and a BScH in Biology and Art History from Queen’s University, Canada.
