About me

Simona has more than 25 years of working experience, initially in Italy in the advertising and media field, and later in HR since she moved to Belgium.

Before joining the ECF, she worked in an international company as an HR manager. Her main responsibilities included recruitment and selection, HR legal matters, compensation and benefits, training and development, payroll management, workplace issue resolution, and employee service and counseling.

In her free time, Simona enjoys traveling, savouring good wine, watching hockey matches, cooking, and dancing with friends.

She is in love with her dog, a beagle named Jess, and her two teenage kids, Charlotte and Nicolas.
