About me

Based in Brussels, Claire is a Strategic Communications Manager leading the media and communications work of the ECF Transport Programme. Claire has more than 10 years of experience in communications and public affairs on sustainable transport. Previously, she worked for the World Road Transport Organisation (IRU), Renault, Nissan, the EU representation office of the 15 European Development Banks, the European Parliament, and Ernst and Young. She has also worked in the US for the French Embassy in Washington D.C., as a trade and public policy attaché.

Claire’s first work experience was for a Green Member of the European Parliament who introduced her to the importance of taking decisions to shape a sustainable future. Since then, she tried to push this philosophy in her work, from being a project manager at COP21 providing the largest 100% electric fleet for an international event, to collaborating with governments across Europe to push electromobility and working for development banks financing renewable energy projects across the world.

Claire holds an MBA, a MA from Sciences Po Strasbourg, and has studied at the University of Sussex, UK. She speaks English, French, and Spanish fluently.
