About me

Lena Catrin Möller works as an Associate with the Energy Systems Team in Berlin. In her role, she supports the ECF Energy Systems Team in their work on gases, to limit possible lock-ins and support the EU to become climate neutral by 2050.

In the past, Lena worked for a consultancy advocating for renewable energy sources and energy efficiency measures in international projects. She has been active in several grass-root organisations which promoted local and national climate action in Germany and the Netherlands.

She did her Master’s in International Relations at the University of Groningen, where she also supported the campaign against fracking in Groningen province in 2018 and helped set up a climate camp in the area.

Lena enjoys travelling by bike as well as climbing rocks. One day she will move out of Berlin to have her own garden but, for now, she is active in a community garden in Kreuzberg.
