Tudor Morariu-Brinzei

Tudor Morariu is a Junior Associate in the Diplomacy programme at the ECF.

Originally from Romania, Tudor has a background in research and multi-track diplomacy, which he has developed through previous roles at Carnegie Europe and ECFR, a pan-European think tank. He has also been involved in the coordination of a local volunteer initiative that promotes sustainable mobility in his hometown, Timisoara.

Tudor holds a BA in European Social and Political Studies from the University College of London and a Master’s in International Security from Sciences Po Paris.
