Tudor Morariu

Tudor Morariu is an Associate in the Diplomacy team, coordinating work at the nexus between climate and security.

Prior to joining the ECF, he gained experience in multi-track diplomacy and research through roles at ECFR and Kroll.

Tudor holds a Master’s degree in International Security from Sciences Po Paris, and a BA in European Social and Political Studies from University College London (UCL).
