Duncan Moss

Duncan is a Strategic Communication Consultant for the Climate Finance Programme at the European Climate Foundation. Based in Brussels, he has over a decade of experience in international communication. He advises the team and ECF grantees on the tools and tactics they can use to help create a positive narrative around climate finance.

Prior to joining the ECF, Duncan worked in an international PR agency in Brussels where he led media and communication teams at international forums like the G20, for large renewable energy companies, and for governments. He also worked for the UK civil service, where he led a trade campaign for No10, and served as a press officer in the UK’s climate ministry.

Passionate about the environment, he has coordinated local campaign groups on environmental issues in Ireland and the UK. Duncan holds an MA from King’s College London and a BA from Trinity College Dublin.
