Duncan Moss

Duncan is the Strategic Communication Manager for Security in the citizen engagement team (CECC) at the European Climate Foundation. Based in Brussels, he has over a decade of experience in international communication. He advises the team and ECF grantees on how to use energy security and climate security narratives, and engage on the intersection between climate & security. He was previously the Strategic Communication Manager for Climate Finance and Head of Communication at the Global Solidarity Levies Task Force.

Prior to joining the ECF, Duncan worked in an international PR agency in Brussels where he led media and communication teams at international forums like the G20, for large renewable energy companies, and for governments. He also worked for the UK civil service, where he led a trade campaign for No10, and served as a press officer in the UK’s climate ministry.

Passionate about the environment, he has coordinated local campaign groups on environmental issues in Ireland and the UK. Duncan holds an MA from King’s College London and a BA from Trinity College Dublin.
