Naïs Ohayon-Louisor

Naïs is an Associate in the Global Initiatives team, contributing to efforts to create enabling conditions for inclusive and effective global climate governance.

She previously worked within ECF’s Strategic Partnerships team, supporting the development of strategic collaborations and engagement with key funding partners.

Her commitment to climate action stems from her early engagement as a youth climate activist with Youth and Environment Europe, where she served as Treasurer and Board Member. This experience continues to inform her focus on advancing climate solutions that are both ambitious and grounded in justice.

Naïs holds an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics and a BA in Global Studies and Spanish from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. She is a native French speaker and fluent in English and Spanish.
