Lucas Robin-Chevallier

Lucas is the Programme Manager for Politics and Policies in France.

He contributes to guiding the programme’s overall strategy and supporting the policy team in effective grantmaking across all sectors, with a special focus on energy and industry.

Lucas has spent 12 years working in public affairs in different organisations in the energy sector, including the French Wind Energy Association. Prior to joining the ECF, Lucas was the head of public affairs at EDF Power Solutions. He has also been involved as a volunteer in different NGOs focusing on energy and climate, as well as disinformation.

Lucas holds a Bachelor of Public Law and a Master’s degree in Sustainability from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
