Anthony Russell

Anthony is a Senior Grants Officer at the ECF, providing support to the Clean Power Programme and Fight the Backlash Campaign.

Working in London, he speaks with grantees about their proposals, processes these in our database, reviews progress reports, and supports Grants Hub colleagues during busy times.

Anthony worked for a variety of organisations before joining the ECF in 2020. He ran sustainability-themed events at the University of Greenwich; visited primary schools across London to teach children about nature; and supported grant-making efforts at an arts-based foundation.

Anthony holds a degree in Geography and a Master of Environmental Management and Sustainability. He enjoys listening to audiobooks, cycling, and swimming.
