Flavia Salazar Sousa

Flavia is an associate in the Diplomacy Programme, coordinating work on diplomacy and partnerships between the EU and countries in Africa and Latin America.

Flavia has a background in development, security and human rights from the perspective of policy, advocacy and grants management. She joined the ECF after working with UNDP Mozambique and the UK Embassy in Brasilia, Brazil.

Flavia holds an MA in Peace, Conflict and Development from the University of Bradford. She speaks English, Portuguese, French and Spanish.
