Justine Skrotzki

Justine is the Assistant to the CEO’s office based in Paris. In her role, she supports the CEO team and works closely with the Chief of Staff and the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Prior to joining the ECF, Justine worked for Germany’s national association for statutory health insurance funds. She worked as a liaison agent, consulting and assisting German as well as European healthcare providers to ensure the implementation of supranational and intergovernmental-legal relations with insured persons, employers, social insurance institutions and their associations, as well as internationally operating institutions.

Originally from Germany, Justine has completed her degrees in the Netherlands. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies and Msc. in Governance and leadership in European public health from Maastricht University. She is a sports enthusiast, especially in the field of Olympic Weightlifting.
