Senior Partnerships Officer, Strategic Partnerships

About me

Eszter is a Senior Partnerships Officer in the Strategic Partnerships team, where she is responsible for cultivating relationships with existing funding partners and coordinating with ECF teams to ensure high-quality proposal development.

With almost a decade of experience in fundraising and partnerships management, Eszter has particular expertise and interest in cultivating and stewarding donor relationships. Prior to joining the ECF, she was active in the youth sector for almost seven years in both grant-making and funding manager positions. Additionally, she worked at the European Parliament, the International Organization for Migration, and the UN Refugee Agency on files linked to migrant integration and refugee inclusion.

Eszter has an MA in International Relations from Corvinus University of Budapest, an MA in International Migration and Ethnic Relations from Malmö University, and a Certificate in Fundraising from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. In her free time, she loves studying and developing herself. She’s also a big sports and DIY fan – especially when it comes to making giant macrame carpets or sewing.
