Peter Vandevivere

Peter Vandevivere is the Talent Manager in the Human Resources unit at the ECF, which he joined in 2023.

Based in Brussels, he oversees the HR Partners and Talent Acquisition teams, managing talent-related processes, including recruitment, people development, onboarding, wellbeing, and performance management.

Peter is deeply committed to contributing professionally to climate action, which motivated his decision to join ECF. Guided by his personal motto, “head in the clouds, feet on the ground, sleeves rolled up,” Peter takes a hands-on approach to his work.
