Francesca Maria Vidori

Francesca joined the European Climate Foundation in August 2023 as a senior associate for the Italy programme.

She brings a wealth of experience in policymaking, having spent several years as a European public affairs consultant specialising in environmental and digital policies, as well as at the European Parliament.

Her mission is to develop a purpose-driven ecosystem in Italy to ensure climate objectives are at the top of the political agenda.

Francesca’s interest in the connections between European and Italian environmental policies highlights her commitment and genuine interest in this field.

She holds a Master’s degree in Political Economy of Europe from the London School of Economics, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.

She is based in Milan, and beyond her professional pursuits, Francesca enjoys travelling, exploring cuisines from different parts of the world, and sailing adventures.
