Joanne Walker

Joanne is the Project Finance Officer in the Grants Finance Team at the ECF, based in The Hague.

Before joining the ECF, Joanne worked at several non-profit organisations for more than 11 years. With a strong financial management and auditing background, her expertise includes financial analysis, compliance, and managing donor-funded projects.

Originally from South Africa, Joanne holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is passionate about promoting sound financial practices. She now lives in the Netherlands with her husband and two children.
