Anna Zatońska

Anna Zatońska is the ECF’s Strategic Communications Senior Associate for Poland.

In her previous roles, she led the marketing of a CEE company prominent in smart grid technology and was head of the communications and fundraising team at WWF Poland. She also has experience as a Polish correspondent for European news outlets including Deutsche Welle, BBC Radio and the Sunday Telegraph; and as a civil servant in the Strategy Department of the National Broadcasting Council.

She holds an MA in European Communication Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Keen on further strengthening the narrative of climate action and the transformation of the energy sector for a better and truly sustainable future, Anna is also passionate about her family, long walks in the forest, and European classics.
