Ting Zhang

As Programme Manager for Buildings, Ting leads the programme’s strategy on financing the transition to zero-carbon buildings, with a focus on ensuring that the transition is both affordable and socially-just. Ting is based in the Netherlands. Before joining the ECF in 2017, Ting conducted research around climate adaptation and water governance at a think tank. She holds a master’s degree in sustainable development from Utrecht University and a bachelor’s degree in environmental geography and international development from the University of East Anglia.
