Tom Evans

Tom Evans is a Senior Associate in the International Finance programme, joining ECF’s London office in 2024. He is focused on shaping the future of Europe’s international climate and development finance. He works for two international government initiatives hosted by ECF: the Global Solidarity Levies Task Force and the Green Guarantee Group.

Prior to ECF, Tom was based at climate change think tank E3G, where he led their work at the UNFCCC. He previously worked on international climate policy for a UK Shadow Secretary of State. Tom holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
