François-Xavier Ferdin

François-Xavier Ferdin is a Business Analyst & Project Lead in the ECF’s Transformation Office.

After his Master’s in management, François-Xavier Ferdin worked for four years as a Business Consultant for an IT-focused company. He assumed responsibilities as a business analyst for diverse projects and industries, notably contributing to the modernisation of border security capabilities and the efficiency of law enforcement.

François-Xavier now uses his past experience to support the creation of an integrated approach and the implementation of positive synergies for ECF’s organisational evolution.

François-Xavier finds joy in uncovering the wonders of our world and discovering the hidden gems of Belgium with his bicycle. Most importantly, he loves sharing these moments with his partner and daughters.
