Joanna Flisowska

Joanna joined the ECF in 2023 as a Senior Associate for the Clean Power Programme.

Joanna is an accomplished climate and energy policy expert with over a decade of experience working on the energy transition in Poland and across the European Union. Before joining the ECF, Joanna worked for Reform Institute, a think tank that focuses on climate and energy policies. Prior to that, she led Greenpeace Poland Climate & Energy Unit and worked for Climate Action Network (CAN) Europe, where she focused on the EU policy advocacy and acceleration of the European coal phase-out.

Joanna is based in Warsaw, Poland, and holds a master’s degree in law.

In her free time, she enjoys improving her lindy hop moves, travelling, and going to concerts.
