Morganne Graves

Morganne joins ECF’s Transformation Office Team as a Senior Change Catalyst, based in Brussels.

With a background in learning and development, Morganne brings extensive experience from both the for-profit and public sectors. She has coached teams through change, led training programmes and facilitated collaborative processes.

She has supported global companies in implementing their learning and development strategies. In her previous role, she developed programmes for Germany’s federal ministries, focusing on building agile skills and fostering a culture of collaboration. Before that, she ran a train-the-trainer programme for change facilitators from various industries.

Morganne holds a degree in literature and languages from the University of Oxford. Before moving to Brussels, she lived and worked in Berlin for ten years. She is fluent in English, French and German. In her free time, she enjoys being in the mountains, learning ceramics and reading.
