Liliana Grecu

Liliana Grecu is Head of Finance & Grants Management at the European Climate Foundation. She has over a decade of experience in financial management within international organisations, including more than six years at ECF.

Liliana’s work focuses on leading the finance and grants team, overseeing complex grant portfolios, strengthening financial governance, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. She plays a key role in financial reporting and the continuous improvement of finance and grants processes.

Before joining ECF, she worked at the United Nations Development Programme in Moldova, where she managed project budgets and financial reporting for international donors. Liliana holds degrees in finance and tax law and is based in The Hague.
