Audrey Gueudet is Strategic Communications Director at the European Climate Foundation, which she joined in January 2018. She leads the Foundation’s Citizen Engagement and Culture Change portfolio, which works to build broader and more durable public support for climate action by linking audience insight, strategic communications, cultural engagement and civil society mobilisation across Europe.
Audrey has 25 years of experience in European communications, media, advocacy and campaigning, with a strong focus on climate, energy and sustainable development. At the ECF, she has led and supported communications strategies across a range of political and policy contexts, helping to strengthen public engagement, narrative strategy and partner coordination across Europe.
Before joining the ECF, Audrey worked for six years at WWF’s European Policy Office as a senior communications and media officer, focusing on climate and energy issues. Earlier in her career, she worked for a Member of the European Parliament, a communications agency, a European anti-poverty NGO, and DG EuropeAid, the development arm of the European Commission.
Audrey holds a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Aix-en-Provence and a Master’s degree in European Public Policy from London South Bank University. She has two children, is a French native speaker, fluent in English and Spanish, and has a good knowledge of Italian.
