With a bachelor’s degree in business and administration, Zelie brings more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
Zelie focuses on partnering with leaders and employees to strengthen organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee wellbeing, and inclusive people practices, while supporting change initiatives and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations.
Zelie joined the ECF because she is passionate about contributing to meaningful work and believes that addressing climate change is one of the most important challenges of our time. She is committed to helping build an organization where people can thrive and maximize their impact in support of the ECF’s mission.
In her spare time, Zelie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys running and biking.
